Service Description

VLA DANCE class celebrates expansion of a dynamic mind and body through contemporary dance rooted in rhythm, spirals, and weight shifting. Class includes guided improvisations, heat building exercises, and contemporary phrase work that allows class takers to access both length and strength within their muscles.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: If you communicate a cancellation (up until the day of class) we can credit you towards a future class within one month. If you miss class without communicating we are not able to credit you for a future class. There are no refunds for any cancellations.
